Mission

The mission for this project was to introduce Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to 4thSource. This ServiceNow campaign coordinated personalized marketing efforts to open doors, deepen engagements, and increase the closing rates of sale deals.

Challenge

For this project, the challenge was to create unified web and print materials that work together for lead generation. Integrating the sales and marketing team had it’s growing pains in using automated communications and adding the sales team further in the necessary steps of the sales process.

Although the ServiceNow guide is lengthy, it is meant to read like a quick book. The author and I sat down to discuss and strategize how to implement ServiceNow to improve its methodologies that are already in place. Ultimately, these in-depth conversations lead to their success.

There were other materials that were send to different people, depending on how far into the marketing and lead funnel they were.
