The mission was to create a new web experience that matched the quality luxury home buyer’s expectations. Making a new website that stood ahead of their competitors in design, content and browsing experience by using data to anticipate what visitors expect when looking for a home builder.

The challenges were several and unique. The brand needed to be brought to a new level of luxury without losing itself in the process. We introduces a black and grey palette, but never went too far away from the blue that they have always had. We also needed to restructure several pages as much of the information on the previous site was very compartmentalize and made the browsing experience clumsy.
